Civic Action Program Manager, National Democratic Institute (NDI), Washington DC, Jerusalem Office, 1996-98. Supervised a team of civic education moderators, developed a competency-based performance management system, moderated 200 public awareness sessions in democratic and civil rights, conducted training for new moderators, facilitated 20 open panel meetings of community leaders, government officials, and community members to discuss local concerns, conducted training of volunteers in various locations, developed a training manual on dialogue, communication skills, strategic planning, media relations, and human rights.
